Inclusion Uganda (Uganda Association for the Mentally Handicapped) is a non-governmental organization that works with People with Intellectual Disabilities (PWIDs)and their families.
We directly and indirectly deliver programs in 18 districts and we expect to significantly expand our reach in the future.

Aims and Objectives
- To advocate for the rights of people with intellectual disabilities and their families.
- To promote the wellbeing and conditions of people with intellectual disabilities and their families in Uganda.
- To enlighten the public, policy makers, administrators, professionals and government officials about the problems and needs of PWIDs.
- To coordinate efforts of parents, government officials and professionals in rendering service for PWIDs and their families.

A society where the rights of people with intellectual disabilities are observed, protected and promoted.

Our services involve different areas which include; Inclusive education, Vocational training, Families, Poverty and intellectual disability, Public awareness, Human rights advocacy, Community based rehabilitation, Employment, Counselling and guidance, Living independently and being included in the community
